About Heritage Care Group

Heritage Care Group is developing supportive residential living opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Coastal Bend region of Texas.

Our mission is to create safe, respectful, and community-focused living environments where individuals maintain dignity, independence, and meaningful quality of life.

We are currently completing the preparation and licensing process for participation in the Texas Home and Community-based Services (HCS) program. During this phase, we are strengthening compliance systems, building community partnerships, and developing high-quality residential support models designed to meet regulatory standards and individual needs.
